FM6020 - Notice of response to pet application

The landlord/agent’s response to an application to keep a pet on the premises requires certain information. This template helps guide a compliant response. Landlords/agents can only refuse the application for a pet based on the grounds as listed in the legislation and can outline reasonable conditions for the approval.
