Proxy Bidder's Written Authority

To be retained by the Proxy Bidder as evidence of authority and instructions

to bid at auction on my/our behalf for the following property on the following conditions

I/We, the Prospective Purchaser/s expressly authorise the Proxy Bidder to

1. Register as a bidder on my/our behalf at auction (if applicable).
2. Provide the Agent with a copy of my/our proof of identification along with the Proxy Bidders Written Authority (non-confidential) AND Proof of Prospective Purchaser's Identity;
3. Bid at the auction on my/our behalf in accordance with the Public Auction of Real Property Terms and Conditions jointly published by the Real Estate Institute of South Australian Incorporated and the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers (SA)
   Incorporated.
4. Sign, if successful at the auction, the Contract of Sale for the Property on my/our behalf at the fall of the hammer at the auction and pay the agreed deposit amount.

I/We AGREE TO INDEMNIFY and keep indemnified the Proxy Bidder against all claims, demands, proceedings costs and fees arising directly or indirectly from this Authority and/or the Contract of Sale for the Property.
