  • Note - There are a number of ways in which a tenancy may be terminated under the Residential Tenancies Act 1995, some of which includeapplying directly to the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

    A landlord who is not a registered community housing provider may use this form to terminate a periodic tenancy on a ground (orgrounds) set out in this form, and cannot use this form to terminate a fixed term tenancy. If a landlord wishes to terminate a fixed termtenancy at the end of the fixed term, Form 9 must be used. In any other case, application must be made to the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

    A landlord who is a registered community housing provider can use this form to terminate a fixed term or periodic tenancy.
